"Leader appoints members of 'Supreme Council of Cyberspace'" (IRIB Radio-Iran)

I'm mad because I'm not the head of the Council. From IRIB-Radio:
On an executive order issued by the Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei, today, the Supreme Council of Cyberspace has been formed with President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad as its head.

Referring to various effects of the worldwide web in the people's daily life and social interactions, coupled with the need for plans to prevent probable damages, and also maximum use of all opportunities in this field for benefit of the public, Ayatollah Khamenei appointed the council.
And who could do a better job than the Supreme Big Guy?
