(North) Korean News: Chavez "accused the dissident groups and other tricksters of harboring a foolish expectation."

(North) Korean News has lately been running more articles about regimes it approves of, such as Iran and Venezuela. Usually the full-blast Songun rhetoric is reserved for Korea itself, but in this case Chavez's opponents are called "tricksters":
Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez Frias dismissed rumors about a reshuffle at a cabinet meeting on Thursday.

As regards the rumor floated by opposition media, he assured the public that the vice-president and all other cabinet ministers would stay in their offices.

He accused the dissident groups and other tricksters of harboring a foolish expectation.
Shouldn't that be "harboring foolish expectation"? Indefinite articles are for Imperialists!
