Meshal on his NY Times interview: “what was reported in not true”

The denial in question refers to the part about a "halt" in firing Qassam rockets. He evidently affirmed the part about allowing Israel to trade land for Hudna:
The Qassam Brigades, the armed wing of the Islamic Resistance Movement, Hamas, reported that the New York Times report which claimed that Hamas political bureau leader, Khalid Mashal, said that Hamas decided to temporarily halt the firing of homemade shells.

According to Al Qassam website, Mashal stated; “what was reported in [sic] not true”.

He added that he told the Times that Hamas approved the idea of establishing an independent Palestinian State in the 1967 areas. [...]
