The Islamic Propaganda Organization of Iran on Thursday strongly condemned atrocities of the Zionist regime against Palestinians in the Gaza Strip.

"The Palestinian land is currently faced with the biggest and the most barbaric genocide of the history. Dirty hands of criminal Zionists have turned Gaza Strip into a big prison," the IPO said in a statement.

It regretted, "The Zionists intercept import of basic needs including food and medicine."

The organization called on all Islamic nations to deeply feel the sensitive situation in the region and strive to solve problems of the oppressed Palestinian people.

And we end with an appeal for deep feelings about the "sensitive situation in the region." O rhetorical lurch, thy name is IRNA.
