It has been suggested that the Fars News site poses a security threat. Do you suppose that articles like this are blogger-bait?
President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad here on Tuesday said that the massive rallies staged by the Iranian nation on February 11 drove enemies to despair.

Addressing an open session of the parliament here today, the president appreciated the Iranian people for their loyalty and extensive support for the ruling system, and stated that the presence of the people in the scene had the clear message that the Islamic Revolution keeps on moving ahead as powerfully and as energetically as in 1979, but with more experience than before.

He also lauded the youth for their massive participation in the rallies, saying that the presence of the third generation of the Revolution showed that the ideals of the Revolution have been passed to them.

"Last year people joined the rallies to restore their rights, and this year, their presence defused the latest plot hatched by the enemies to bring the Iranian nation into despair," Ahmadinejad continued.

"Instead, this was the Iranian nation which drove enemies to despair through its wide participation in the rallies," he concluded.
Assuming that the World Arrogance was not already driven to despair by the unity of the Ummah.
