(North) Korean News: "Horizontal Jib Tower Crane Made in DPRK"

In case you're wondering, "DPRK" stands for "Democratic People's Republic of Korea." And here's the story:
Pyongyang, November 21 (KCNA) -- The Pyongyang Elevator Factory has recently succeeded in manufacturing a horizontal jib tower crane in a few months. The Pyongyang University of Construction and Building Materials Production made its design on a high scientific and technical level as required by the IT era.
A research team sent to the factory developed a program on latest structure analysis and its application and worked out an optimized design, which could ensure safety and reliability of all structures of the crane and raise its working efficiency.
In cooperation with scientists in the Pyongyang Elevator Designing Institute, it designed rationally each structure of the crane according to the result of mock test.
Thus the design of the crane suitable to the actual conditions of the country was completed in a matter of one month.
The team developed another application program to solve difficult scientific and technical problems arising in designing and assembling.
The Pyongang Elevator Designing Institute! Think they have a good football team?
